- Eligibility: 1.1 The MyHomeSolar Price Promise (“Price Promise”) is available to all customers who request a solar installation quote from MyHomeSolar (“We,” “Us,” or “Our”) and meet the criteria stated below. 1.2 To be eligible for the Price Promise, the customer must provide a genuine and written quote for the same solar installation from another reputable solar installer operating within the UK. 1.3 The solar installation offered by the competitor must be identical in all aspects, including but not limited to the solar panel brand, capacity, type, inverter, warranties, and any additional services included in the quote. 1.4 MyHomeSolar reserves the right to verify the competitor’s quote to ensure compliance with these terms and conditions.
- Price Promise Process: 2.1 To claim the Price Promise, the customer must submit a copy of the competitor’s written quote to MyHomeSolar at the time of requesting a quote from us. 2.2 The customer may submit the competitor’s quote via email, fax, or in-person to our authorized representatives. 2.3 MyHomeSolar will review the competitor’s quote within a reasonable time and compare it with our own quote for the same installation. 2.4 If the competitor’s quote meets all eligibility criteria and indeed offers a lower price for an identical installation, MyHomeSolar will match the competitor’s quote and additionally provide a discount of £250 off the matched price.
- Price Match and Additional Discount: 3.1 MyHomeSolar will match the competitor’s lower price for the identical solar installation, subject to verification and approval as per these terms and conditions. 3.2 The matched price will be provided to the customer in writing and will be valid for 30 days from the date of the Price Promise approval. 3.3 The additional £250 discount will be applied to the matched price, and this revised price will be the final amount payable by the customer for the solar installation.
- Exclusions: 4.1 The Price Promise does not apply to quotes obtained from online auction sites, clearance sales, liquidation sales, or from unverified or unauthorized solar installers. 4.2 MyHomeSolar will not match the price if the competitor’s quote includes non-identical products or services or if the competitor’s offer is based on an error or misrepresentation. 4.3 The Price Promise cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or offers provided by MyHomeSolar or any other third-party.
- General Terms: 5.1 MyHomeSolar reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Price Promise or any part of it at any time without prior notice. 5.2 MyHomeSolar’s decision on the eligibility of the competitor’s quote and the Price Promise’s applicability shall be final and binding. 5.3 The Price Promise is non-transferable and applies only to the original customer who requested the solar installation quote from MyHomeSolar. 5.4 MyHomeSolar reserves the right to refuse a claim if it suspects fraudulent or deceptive practices. 5.5 By participating in the Price Promise, the customer agrees to comply with these terms and conditions and any additional requirements set forth by MyHomeSolar.
